Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time, 30 hours per week Schedule: PST-aligned schedule with some evening and weekend coverage Rate: USD $ 845.00 to $ 1,105.00 per month About the Company Our client is an established Canadian property management company overseeing approximately 25 furnished rental properties. The company manages a combination of short-term, mid-term, and long-term accommodations across multiple locations. They are seeking an experienced Senior Short-Term Rental Manager to take ownership of the daily operations of six to seven properties transitioning to nightly vacation rentals. The successful candidate must already understand Airbnb operations and be capable of managing listings, reservations, guest communications, and property coordination without extensive training. Role Overview The Senior Short-Term Rental Manager will oversee the guest experience and operational requirements of the assigned properties, from initial inquiries through check-out. This person will work closely with the company’s existing Virtual Assistant during onboarding before independently managing the assigned portfolio. The position requires someone with substantial hands-on experience managing multiple Airbnb properties.
