Role Overview And Core Responsibilities Lead and manage FactorTrust Bureau fulfillment and back-office applications, ensuring operational stability, platform reliability, and successful project delivery. Manage an IT team composed of full-time associates and contractors, providing coaching, mentorship, and upskilling opportunities to support team growth and delivery excellence. Own the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and development through deployment, support, and continuous improvement. Oversee system design, application architecture, and technology changes to ensure scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. Drive application support, incident management, change management, and service KPI performance to meet internal and external SLAs and improve customer satisfaction.
