The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading businessgrowth initiatives and leading the team to achieve annual sales targets. Responsibilities vLead the Smart Water BusinessDevelopment efforts, focusing on achieving the annual sales targets andbusiness growth. vEstablish new business opportunitiesand promote smart water meters and water purification products. vConduct customer visits, develop newclients, gather necessary customer information, and generate leads and businessopportunities. vOversee the development of winningstrategies for business opportunities, coordinating resources from headquartersand other stakeholders to ensure business success. vBuild and maintain strongrelationships with customers, lead strategic negotiations, and influence keydecision-makers. vConduct market research and analysis,keeping abreast of competitor information and industry trends. vBuild and manage the BusinessDevelopment (BD) team, ensuring team empowerment, training, and effectiveregional management. vPossess basic knowledge of watermeters, answer customers' basic technical questions, and demonstrate potentialfor consultative marketing. vEnsure excellent customer service,improving the company's brand influence and customer satisfaction.
