Director, Regulatory Compliance & Export Controls

The Operations team works across the entire global Tomorrow organization to help all business units achieve their goals. We work with Tomorrow stakeholders and leadership to design and implement our operating plan, and to measure and track progress against our goals. We’re looking for a Director of Regulatory Compliance & Export Controls who is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the company's regulatory compliance framework across spacecraft development, Earth observation operations, international activities, and export-controlled technologies. This role serves as the company's primary compliance leader, ensuring regulatory requirements are effectively integrated into business operations, product development, mission planning, and strategic growth initiatives. The Director will partner closely with engineering, mission operations, supply chain, legal, security, IT, and executive leadership to establish scalable compliance processes that support a growing Low Earth Orbit (LEO) weather observation constellation, advanced payload technologies, and international expansion.
