About the role Tint is seeking a Head of Drone & UAV Insurance to lead the strategy, development, and growth of embedded insurance solutions for the commercial drone market. This includes inspection and survey operators, drone delivery, agriculture, aerial imaging, drone-as-a-service platforms, and rental and equipment marketplaces. This leader will design and scale insurance programs for one of the fastest-evolving risk categories in the market. Working closely with aviation carriers, MGAs, brokers, drone platforms, and our internal product and operations teams, you will build programs that fit how modern drone businesses operate, from per-flight and on-demand coverage to annual fleet policies.
