Windows Systems Engineer (Application Packaging / Endpoint Environment - Remote)

Overview PLEASE NOTE: No corp-to-corp candidates will be accepted. Tier One Technologies is seeking a Windows Systems Engineer with experience in application packaging and endpoint management. This remote Contract-to-Hire position will be originated in Raleigh, NC. Must be a US citizen. SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT. Responsibilities Contribute to the modernization of the company’s endpoint environment, including Windows 11, Office 365, and other technologies supporting workplace transformation. Perform and coordinate endpoint device updates, patching, application packaging, App Store publishing, vulnerability remediation, and pilot testing across the company. Support these activities across all teams within endpoint Integration and coordinate with other departments as needed. Leverage AI tools to deliver secure, reliable, and modern endpoint solutions, selecting appropriate tools and ensuring responsible data handling. Hand on knowledge of modern Windows, iOS and Android Operating systems. Operate, maintain, and support complex endpoint technology components. Develop scripted solutions (PowerShell/VBScript), package applications (Flexera WiseScript/InstallShield), and automate endpoint health remediation (e.g., service status, restarts, disk space, CPU, Event Logs) to remove legacy software, install updates, and address technical issues across user devices.
