Director, Health Financing

The Director, Health Financing leads the development of ThinkWell ’s health financing work and ensures technical excellence across ThinkWell ’s portfolio. The Director is expected to provide guidance across various areas including public financial management, domestic resource mobilization and disbursement-linked indicators. The Director, Health Financing reports to the CEO. The Director is a recognized global leader in health financing and public financial management. The Director, Health Financing brings substantial technical expertise to support program design and execution, recruits and builds technical talent within the firm and supervises technical project staff. The Director, Health Financing provides technical leadership, is responsible for growing their portfolio and for ensuring high-quality technical project execution while playing a leading role overall in the firm. This position is fully remote. This position is contingent upon funding.
