Technical Services Controls Technician

We are seeking a Technical Services Controls Technician to join ThermalWorks .This position will report to and receive support from ThermalWorks and Edge Automation Technical Services Leadership in the U.S. while partnering closely with Spain Project and Service Management to support local priorities. This is a highly hands-on technical role focused on the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and support of ThermalWorks ' automated control systems. The successful candidate will work closely with the U.S.-based automation team to support system deployments, remote monitoring, and service activities across Europe. This role is part of the support team that services the entire our Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization. Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Provide technical support for software configuration, updates, and troubleshooting related to ThermalWorks control systems. Connect to and monitor critical system operations requiring remote support from the U.S.; progressively assume greater ownership of these monitoring activities as proficiency develops.
