Job Summary In this customer‑facing role, you will lead and manage the on‑boarding process for new Employee Benefits groups in the small‑case market. You’ll gather and validate sold‑case information, coordinate with internal partners to ensure accurate contract drafting and billing, guide customers through installation, and deliver a smooth, informed transition to ongoing service. You’ll use your understanding of the on‑boarding lifecycle to resolve issues, build trust with customers, and bring forward insights that support continuous improvement.
