PRIMARY PURPOSE Navigator Associates shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost. This position serves the World Missions Ministry of The Navigators by fulfilling The Navigators calling through life-to-life discipleship so that the gospel of Jesus and His kingdom is advanced. As a member of the Resilient Communities Center, part of Discipling for Development, the Navigator Associate provides mentoring and training among Atlanta’s global leaders to support human flourishing in all areas of life as God intends. ROLE COMPETENCIES Follows ministry of partner development principles to maintain full funding. Demonstrates willingness for ongoing commitment to learning and self-development. Possesses good interpersonal skills for building relationships in ministry and with co-laborers. Ability to support and contribute within a team dynamic.
