Our client Florida Law Firm has an opportunity for a qualified, experienced, and reliable Florida Commercial Litigation Attorney to provide litigation, legal research, drafting, and court appearance support, particularly on matters involving judgments, domestication, and enforceability. This is a contract-based opportunity involving commercial litigation matters, including disputes over the domestication and enforcement of out-of-state judgments in Florida. Attorney Responsibilities: Handle Florida commercial litigation matters Review and analyze judgments and related court documents Assist with matters involving domestication and enforcement of foreign judgments Draft motions to vacate judgments and other litigation documents Conduct legal research on Florida civil procedure and judgment enforcement Prepare for and attend motion hearings and court appearances Assist with litigation strategy and case preparation Provide additional commercial litigation support as needed Attorney Requirements: Must be actively licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar Minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience Strong knowledge of Florida civil litigation procedures Experience with judgment
