We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Family Law Attorney to provide high-level legal research and drafting support . This is a fully remote position with an anticipated workload of approximately 0–5 hours per week . While the client is based in New Mexico , New Mexico licensure is not required . A California-licensed attorney is preferred , but attorneys licensed in other U.S. jurisdictions with strong family law experience are encouraged to apply. Attorney Responsibilities: Conduct substantive legal research on complex family law issues Draft high-quality motions, memoranda, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents Assist with legal analysis and case strategy Review case files and supporting documentation Provide back-end litigation support to the firm's attorneys Deliver accurate, well-reasoned work product within established deadlines Collaborate with the firm's legal team on family law matters Attorney Requirements: Licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction California licensure preferred , but not required Minimum of 5+ years of family law experience Exceptional legal research and pers
