Operating Effectiveness Principal - Remote - Fertility and Specialty Pharmacy

In this role, you will serve as the business owner for our growing BlinkRx partnership and the driving force behind the initiatives that move our fertility and specialty-lite pharmacy business forward. You will wear many hats — part business owner, part program leader, part product thinker — partnering directly with senior leaders to design better ways of working and deliver measurable impact across the enterprise. Own the BlinkRx business Act as the primary business owner and day-to-day point of accountability for the growing BlinkRx relationship by providing responsive account management services and partnering on innovation. Serve as the connective tissue between BlinkRx, operations, and enterprise partners — including timely implementation of new drugs and services. Track to volume expectations, surface risks early, and recommend solutions that drive performance to meet and exceed our BlinkRx financial forecast.
