Learn More About Us: BACKGROUND: Telecel Liberia Limited is seeking a team of active and productive Telemarketers working remotely for a four (4) month contract to encourage new clients to sign up for Fiber and wireless internet services. This role is performance-driven, requiring proactive sales efforts and accurate, timely reporting to achieve a target of 1,000 new clients within 4 months. The position is commission based and salary is tied directly to performance. Additional marketing, operational, and administrative tasks will be asked of the Telemarketers based on management needs. TERMS OF REFERENCE: Proactively sell Telecel Liberia ’s FTTH and Microwave services to households and businesses. Generate leads through door-to-door sales, referrals, and local networking activities. Present and explain service packages, pricing, and benefits to potential clients to drive subscription sign-ups. Recruit and maintain monthly targets of at least 80 new clients, ensuring consistent progress toward the overall project goal.
