The person joining will guide and provide medical advice to patients of services cataloged as high complexity via telematics, managing the corresponding medical resource if necessary, in accordance with the client's guidelines and the standards set by Teladoc Health International. Duties: Attend to patients starting from active listening of the reason for consultation. Conduct a structured interview. Medically determine the severity and required level of care. Provide medical advice and guidance to the patient, with the possibility of pharmaceutical prescription. Activate the appropriate resource for the clinical situation and adapt it according to availability. If the necessary resource is not available, contact other emergency services. Follow up with the patient until the arrival of the resource, if necessary. Properly complete the patient case in the system. Report incidents to the supervisor. Comply with established quality standards following the medical ethical code. Know, stay updated, and act in accordance with internal management protocols and agreed-upon agreements.
