Quality Management System Manager (ISO 9001)

TEHORA is currently looking for a Quality Management System Manager (ISO 9001) with solid experience in quality management and continuous improvement. Without being exhaustive, the services and deliverables to be provided by the selected person include: Implementing and monitoring the quality management system (QMS); Ensuring compliance with applicable standards (notably ISO 9001); Planning and conducting internal and external quality audits; Managing non-conformities, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions; Defining and tracking quality-related performance indicators (KPIs); Supporting teams in continuous process improvement; Providing quality reporting to management; Participating in the optimization of operational processes. Requirements Hold a university degree (BAC) in quality, management, engineering, or a relevant discipline recognized by the Ministry of Education or the equivalent; Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality management; Have relevant experience in the implementation or management of a quality system (ISO 9001); Have experience in quality auditing; Have a good knowledge of analysis and continuous improvement tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Lean, etc.); Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
