What You’ll do: Build and lead a Mobile development app team, encouraging collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement Manage the end-to-end technical delivery lifecycle of mobile banking app (iOS and Android), from technical analysis and solution design to development coordination, release management, and post-release optimization Translate strategic priorities into tactical execution
