Freelance Career Transition Coach – France

THE ROLE The career transition coach supports participants in Careerminds outplacement programs, individually and/or in groups, in their career development and job search. This is a freelance / independent contractor assignment, 100% remote. Candidates must be legally eligible to provide their services as independent contractors in their country of residence. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Build strong, trusting relationships with participants and create a supportive and motivating coaching environment. Support participants throughout their Career Transition journey, helping them set clear goals, maintain momentum, and progress toward their professional objectives.
