This role will act as the bridge between legacy core banking systems and modern digital platforms, helping migrate business capabilities from traditional banking environments into a modern microservices architecture. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and development teams to enable digital banking products while ensuring operational stability and business continuity throughout the modernization process. What you'll do Design, configure, and optimize transactional workflows and business logic within the Banksphere ecosystem. Enable financial products and services across modern digital channels. Participate in legacy system modernization and migration initiatives. Analyze and decommission legacy banking workflows while minimizing operational risk. Collaborate with technical and business teams to define integration requirements and API contracts. Map legacy banking data structures to modern application architectures. Configure transactional validations, business rules, alerts, and operational controls. Support coexistence strategies between legacy and modern platforms during migration phases.
