Client Manager – UK

Symplicity is looking for a Client Manager to join our growing Client Success team in the UK. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from Symplicity ’s solutions. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, helping them achieve their goals, increase product adoption, and continuously improve their processes and outcomes. You will work closely with clients and internal teams across Symplicity to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the client lifecycle - from implementation and onboarding to ongoing support, engagement, and growth. Essential Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with assigned clients, acting as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact. Drive successful delivery and implementation of new services while ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing client engagement. Partner with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and priorities, and help establish meaningful KPIs and success measures. Drive product adoption and help clients maximize the value and return on their investment in Symplicity solutions. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client portfolio and collaborate with Account Executives to develop and progress these opportunities.
