Workforce Benefits (WFB) Product Management is seeking a product leader to help drive growth across our digital ecosystem. This role will lead strategy, execution, and team development in support of Symetra ’s long-term goals. About the role In this role, you will define and lead enterprise product strategy and vision. You will evolve our product operating model, establish consistent practices, and ensure alignment across product portfolios. You will use customer insights, market data, and performance outcomes to guide investment decisions, prioritize work, and deliver measurable value. This role also plays a key part in aligning teams, driving execution, and supporting long-term growth. What You will Do Enterprise Product Strategy & Vision: Define and lead enterprise product strategy aligned with business objectives Set priorities, success measures, and investment focus across portfolios Ensure strategy is informed by customer insights, research, and market trends Translate strategy into clear portfolio plans, sequencing, and execution expectations Allocate and adjust investments based on performance, customer outcomes, and priorities Evolve the product operating model, including governance and planning processes Lead regular portfolio reviews and adjust direction as needed Ensure consistent delivery of customer and business value.
