About the Role
Work Setup: Remote Start Date: TBD Equipment Provision: Company Provided Schedule: 1PM-10PM MNL, but it might change to a graveyard shift This is a full-time role responsible for ensuring the quality and usability of products across web, mobile, and API platforms. The position requires a mix of exploratory testing, automated test development, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Support teams. What does a day in the life as a Software QA Tester (Automation Testing) look like? Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression test suites. Perform exploratory, functional, regression, integration, and API testing across products and services. Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution. Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers during requirement refinement, sprint planning, and release validation. Contribute to automated testing initiatives and help improve overall test coverage. Validate software behavior across multiple browsers, devices, and environments. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts related to product quality and release processes. Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle. What are the required qualifications for a Software QA Tester (Automation Testing)? 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or quality engineering.
