The role performs research for complex incidents and system defects, identifies root causes and trends, and develops resolutions using standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Working across client teams, internal domains, and third-party providers, the Analyst supports accurate data processing, compliance with client-specific requirements, and consistent delivery within required deadlines.
