Legal Product Manager - Remote

Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for legal firm products, aligned with the business objectives of the unit. Lead, develop, and empower a team of PM Builders, fostering a culture of experimentation, continuous delivery, and results orientation. Be responsible for product metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, churn, revenue, and satisfaction), proposing and prioritizing initiatives that move these numbers. Conduct continuous discovery with lawyers, law firms, and other clients, translating real pain points into product opportunities. Utilize AI in a structured way for data analysis, research synthesis, construction of strategic scenarios, and product vision definition.
