Country Manager, Canada Location: Remote: Toronto, Canada Compensation: C$140,000 - C$160,000 annually (depending on experience) + Competitive variable About the Role SprintRay is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Country Manager, Canada to lead and scale the company’s business across the region. This role will have full ownership of regional strategy, commercial execution, and financial performance, with a primary focus on Canada. The Country Manager, Canada will be responsible for driving revenue growth through distribution partnerships and strategic alliances, while ensuring alignment with SprintRay ’s global objectives. This is a highly autonomous, senior leadership role requiring strong commercial judgment, relationship-building skills, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the Canadian market, proven P&L leadership, and experience building and scaling businesses in a dynamic environment.
