SAP Consultant (m/f/d) Application Management Services (AMS) – 2nd & 3rd Level Support

Your tasks: You advise our clients and ensure the reliable operation of their SAP logistics solutions in the SD, MM, and PP modules—analyzing disruptions, evaluating developments, and deriving appropriate measures. You analyze and optimize processes and solution approaches in the logistics environment and take on demanding tasks in 2nd and 3rd-level support. You assume functional module responsibility for complex SCM topics and develop suitable solutions together with our clients for their individual requirements. You independently plan and manage SAP projects—from effort estimation and implementation to conducting workshops and training sessions. You conceptualize and implement solution designs through SAP customizing and customer-specific applications in the logistics environment. You analyze functional and technical relationships, identify optimization potential, and support the sustainable further development of the SAP application landscape. You create and maintain program, system, and user documentation and ensure transparent knowledge transfer to clients and project participants. Your profile: You have successfully completed a relevant university degree or possess comparable qualifications.
