SOL - 1656 Product Owner

This is a remote position. Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision for automation solutions, digital assistants, and AI agents. Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog (focused on AI features, RPA, integrations, models, and pipelines). Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional artifacts. Lead grooming, refinement, and planning sessions with development teams, RPA architecture teams, and AI specialists. Ensure traceability between requirements, deliverables, and business impact KPIs. Make data-driven decisions using product metrics, analytics, and user behavior. Coordinate with Security, Data, and Legal departments to ensure regulatory compliance and ethical AI usage. Manage dependencies, risks, and the product roadmap. Present functional demos to stakeholders, validating increments and prioritizations. Facilitate alignment among multidisciplinary teams: developers, data scientists, ML engineers, QA, and business. Requirements: Experience: 2–4 years as a Product Owner or in equivalent roles (BA, PM, Delivery). Participation in AI, automation, or complex digital product projects. Technical requirements: Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and Scrum/Kanban frameworks.
