Your main tasks will be: Own and evolve the global Paid Search strategy across our products portfolio, with primary responsibility for Google Ads and additional ownership of Microsoft Advertising where relevant; Lead, coach and develop the Paid Search team: set objectives, allocate workload, review performance, improve execution standards and support hiring and onboarding; Own portfolio-level budget allocation, forecasting and performance across products, markets and funnels, including Tier-1 geographies and six-figure+ monthly search spend; Design scalable account and campaign structures covering keyword strategy, match types, negative keywords, se
