Remodel Program Manager Department: Operations / Project Management Company: SMF Companies Position Overview SMF Companies is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Remodel Program Manager to coordinate and support high-volume remodel and renovation projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and excels at scheduling, material coordination, and project tracking. Extensive construction experience is not required. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to manage numerous projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage schedules across a high volume of remodel and renovation projects. Organize project timelines, track milestones, and ensure work stays on schedule. Place and track material orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on outstanding items. Communicate regularly with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Maintain accurate project trackers, schedules, reports, and documentation. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and other project management tools to monitor project progress and deadlines. Identify scheduling conflicts, material delays, and potential project issues, proactively communicating solutions. Coordinate work across multiple locations while managing changing priorities. Provide regular project update
