Head of People (m/f/x)

Skeleton's People & Office department is looking for a driven and experienced Head of People (m/f/x) You will define and execute our data‑driven People & Culture strategy "Top Performer" across multiple locations. You will be as a strategic partner to leaders and a hands‑on HR leader who uses people data and insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve how we scale. You will further be involved in the following areas: Lead and develop People, Talent Acquisition and Office teams across locations, ensuring strong collaboration and consistency. Use people analytics and KPIs to improve performance, engagement and retention. Translate business needs and HR trends into long-term, insight-led people plans and OKRs. Drive high-performance culture, employer branding, and change initiatives. Oversee People Operations, labor relations, employee experience, talent development. Ensure compliant and lean HR processes.
