Civil Litigation Lawyer - Credit Recovery

Handling collection lawsuits, monitorial actions, enforcement of extrajudicial titles, enforcement of judgments, and possessory actions related to the portfolio's contractual relations; Drafting and reviewing procedural documents, including initial petitions, statements of defense, counter-arguments, briefs, appeals, and procedural incidents; Effective execution and implementation of coercive measures, including asset searches via SISBAJUD, RENAJUD, INFOJUD, attachments, valuations, expropriations, and other measures aimed at locating assets and satisfying credit; Analysis of contracts, documents, procedural history, and evidentiary elements, identifying risks, inconsistencies, and the most appropriate procedural strategy; Proactive monitoring of proceedings to prevent the mere suspension or shelving of enforcements without exhausting measures effectively useful for credit recovery; Control of deadlines, publications, judicial and administrative measures, including payment of court costs, procedural steps, property registry certificates, searches, receipts, and other documents necessary for the progress of proceedings; Preparation and verification of calculations and amounts involved in claims, especially in collection actions, enforcements, and judgment fulfillments. Solid experience in Civil Law, Contracts, Credit Recovery, and Civil Procedure; Strong legal writing skills, producing technical, objective, and strategically targeted documents for the desired outcome; Organization for managing a portfolio with a high volume of lawsuits and case files.
