CAS | Junior IT Processing Analyst

Establish, monitor, and execute processing and electronic file transmission routines (EDI), and monitor IT infrastructure assets and services in order to ensure the availability, punctuality, and integrity of services. Include or alter routines in processing and electronic file transmission tools to meet business needs and operational integrity; Execute and monitor routines through processing tools to ensure the execution of the defined batch schedule; Assist in defining the batch schedule according to information contained in routine sheets to ensure system availability, punctuality, and processing information integrity; Implement electronic file transmission (EDI) processes, defining the tool to be used and operation processes to ensure service delivery; Execute the operationalization of cooperative implementation, incorporation, disaffiliation, and liquidation projects to meet business needs; Implement improvements in processing and electronic file transmission (EDI) processes through automation tools to reduce manual interventions; Participate in system projects involving processing flows or file transmission to assist in planning, defining, and implementing new routines in the production environment; Handle medium-complexity incidents.
