Finance Business Analyst

Job Overview: Serefin is seeking a motivated and analytical Finance Business Analyst to join its Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager , this position is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making across multiple business entities. The successful candidate combines strong technical accounting knowledge with analytical thinking and business acumen. Working closely with operational leaders and cross-functional teams, the Finance Business Analyst will provide meaningful financial insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and support operational and strategic initiatives within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple Serefin entities, including consolidated financial reporting. Perform monthly account reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger analysis to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and p
