Tax Manager, International

The Tax Manager, International Tax supports individuals and businesses with complex U.S. international and cross-border tax matters. This role combines technical tax knowledge, careful compliance oversight, and practical client guidance across information reporting, foreign entity structures, inbound and outbound considerations, and related domestic filings. The manager works closely with partners and engagement teams to deliver accurate, timely work while developing team capability and strengthening client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead and review U.S. international tax compliance engagements involving foreign assets, entities, trusts, branches, and cross-border activities. Oversee the preparation and review of required international information returns and coordinate those filings with applicable domestic tax returns. Analyze complex international tax matters and provide practical recommendations addressing compliance, planning opportunities, and risk. Research technical issues and document conclusions in clear, supportable workpapers and memoranda. Manage engagement scope, workflow, budgets, deadlines, and deliverables; escalate issues that may affect quality or client service. Communicate filing obligations, technical findings, and recommended actions to clients and internal stakeholders.
