NetSuite Enablement Trainer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Enablement Trainer to join our organization. As a NetSuite Enablement Trainer, you will be responsible for training and enabling internal partners on the effective utilization of NetSuite Suite Success and non- Suite Success. Your primary focus will be to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance users' understanding and proficiency in NetSuite functionalities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, and subject matter experts to identify training needs, develop training materials, and facilitate engaging training sessions. Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal partners to understand business processes, system requirements, and training needs for NetSuite implementation and ongoing usage. Develop comprehensive training programs and materials, including user guides, training manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, tailored to different user roles and proficiency levels. Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate end-users on NetSuite functionalities, best practices, and system navigation. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that incorporate real-world scenarios, hands-on exercises, and practical examples to enhance users' learning experience.
