We’re looking for a Manager of Funding & Disbursement Operations to lead our daily financial operations, strengthen our processes, and support the continued development of our team. What You’ll Be Responsible For Team Leadership & Development: Lead a remote, cross-cultural team across Payment and Deposit operations. Set clear expectations, develop team members, provide feedback, and foster accountability and collaboration. Daily Operations: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of deposits, disbursements, and related payment activities, ensuring client funds reach the right destination. Financial Controls & Risk Management: Maintain strong controls across payment approvals, check releases, ACH/NACHA processes, and other financial transactions, ensuring appropriate verification and segregation of duties.
