Serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on analytics strategy, data-driven decision making, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. Drives enterprise-wide adoption of analytics solutions that improve operational performance, financial outcomes, customer experience, and colleague productivity. Partners with business leaders to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and trends through advanced analytics and predictive modeling. Develops multi-year analytics investment strategies and business cases that support organizational growth objectives. Establishes key performance indicators and success measures for analytics initiatives and tracks realization of business value.
