Job Summary The Customer Engagement Executive (CEE) is responsible for providing end-to-end support to members while ensuring a smooth, professional and consistent customer experience. The CEE handles daily customer enquiries, supports customer transactions, manages customer journeys, provides VIP support and identifies appropriate opportunities for soft sales.
