CEC Communication & Virtual Consulting Exec: We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-oriented person to design, coordinate, and evaluate internal communication strategies and dynamics that drive engagement, integration, work environment, and productivity for Contact Centre teams. Main responsibilities: Design and implement internal communication strategies; Create graphic and audiovisual content and dissemination materials; Plan and execute monthly dynamics, thematic days, and corporate events; Manage communication channels and attend to requests from different areas; Manage budgets, suppliers, materials, and inventories; Measure the effectiveness of initiatives through indicators and reports; Maintain close communication with Inbound, Outbound, and Staff teams; Ensure compliance with internal policies, Bank controls, and information protection. Required profile: Completed high school education. Degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is desirable. Experience in internal communication, design, and audiovisual content editing. Use of Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Experience in event organization, integration dynamics, engagement, and organizational climate. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
