Key Responsibilities Workforce Allocation: Allocate workers to projects and job sites based on operational requirements, availability, skills, and qualifications. Scheduling and Coordination: Develop, maintain, and update workforce schedules to ensure adequate staffing and timely project delivery. Licence and Competency Verification: Verify workers’ tickets, licences, competencies, and certifications before site deployment. Compliance Management: Ensure all required documentation is current and compliant with site-specific and Australian construction industry requirements.
