Job Description: The Technical Architect (TA) is a senior-level position belonging to the Functional Architecture Department within the Professional Services Division. In this position, you will be responsible for data analytics solutions centered around Tableau. Understanding Tableau's mission and based on the Tableau Blueprint strategy, you will leverage Tableau product expertise, consulting experience, and data analysis knowledge to help foster a data-driven culture within client organizations. As a Technical Architect, you will build data analysis platform environments, design environment migration processes, and design user security governance and data governance to enable access to trusted data sources. Focusing on data engineering and data preparation within data pipelines, you will contribute to maximizing clients' data utilization and establishing a data-driven culture. Key Responsibilities: Become an expert in Tableau products - Gain a deep understanding of integration into server and client solutions, with a general understanding of desktop/frontend products. Support the implementation of server and cloud products to build data analysis platform environments. Support environment migration from on-premises to cloud. Provide onsite support at client locations to deliver advisory services as a Tableau expert. Support dashboard development, design and construction, performance tuning, and data preparation to kick-start data analysis.
