If you enjoy analysing data, resolving payment challenges, and building effective customer relationships, this role is for you! How you will make a difference: Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. Proactively contact customers regarding overdue balances and follow up on payment commitments. Investigate payment delays , identify discrepancies , and resolve account-related issues. Maintain accurate records of collection activities , customer communications, and promised payment dates. Monitor account statuses and schedule follow-ups to minimise overdue debts. Apply established credit control procedures while balancing customer relationships with collection targets.
