Job Description: The Saab , Inc. Talent Acquisition team seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Recruiter with a passion for identifying, engaging, and hiring high-caliber technical talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. As part of our growing HR organization, this role will support hiring with a particular focus on Engineering and Operations. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, develop targeted talent strategies, and build strong pipelines for highly specialized and business-critical positions. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience recruiting for engineering, operations, and other specialized professional roles, along with the ability to effectively source both active and passive talent in competitive markets.
