Sr. Retail Business Consultant (Systems Implementation)

This is a remote position. At S5, we are on a mission to make Advanced Data Science consumable to Business Users. As part of that mission, we are disrupting the Retail Supply Chain and Merchandising with the most advanced and innovative offerings to date in this space. The Role: For the role of the Retail Business Consultant, our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and enthusiastic Retail Merchandising Professional (Planner, Buyers/Merchant, Analyst) who has a flair for technology and is passionate about the critical role technology can play in helping retailers remain competitive (and relevant) going forward. What You’ll Do: ​ Leverage business expertise and experience to advise customers on industry best practices Conduct and lead business process analysis and design sessions, including writing functional specifications Provide primary user support and verify the system provides the required business functionality Prepare and present presentations & product demonstrations for customers, prospects, executive level audiences, and internal audiences Communicate and partner with Product Management and Product Development teams Provide Thought Leadership regarding industry trends and product direction; Be an authority in the industry Serve as liaison to project manager, key customer contacts, including Executive Sponsors Compile and analyze quarterly performance reporting
