Engineering Project/Process Manager

We are looking to add a Project / Process Engineering Manager - Capital Projects and Process Improvements to the team! This position is responsible for leading the development, facilitation, and implementation of the Capital Equipment and Process improvements for all manufacturing locations company wide. This position will work closely with operations leadership, plant personnel, and continuous improvement teams at both the business unit and corporate level. Responsibilities will also include designing and delivering capital equipment improvements, analyzing processes, metrics and results, and implementing strategies as necessary. This position may require travel between 30% to 50% both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities Manage major multi-million-dollar capital projects companywide including equipment research, layout design, identification and comparison of equipment options and configurations. Manage the estimating, capability analysis and implementation of equipment additions and improvements. Develop, utilize and update complex spreadsheets and project management tools to track assets, capabilities, condition, age and replacement plans across the worldwide manufacturing platform. Create detailed models and testing protocols to compare new equipment technologies as they are introduced to facilitate the asset selection process.
