Test Analyst

About the Role RPMGlobal (RPM) is seeking a Test Analyst to join our development team to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software used in complex mining and industrial environments. You will work closely with development and product management to validate applications and systems across web, mobile, cloud, and edge environments, including workflows involving geospatial data, 3D visualisation, AI and connected devices. This role is ideal for an experienced Test Analyst who combines strong testing fundamentals with technical depth, automation skills, and a high level of ownership for product quality. Key Responsibilities Define and execute test strategies for complex software features, integrations, and releases. Design and maintain automated test suites covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end workflows. Work closely with internal stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, identify risks early, and ensure features are testable and production-ready. Validate workflows involving geospatial data, 2D/3D visualisation, APIs, data processing, and AI or Computer Vision resolution. Reproduce and investigate complex defects using logs APIs, and other diagnostic tools. Support release planning, regression testing, and production validation. Continuously improve QA processes,
