Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Developer Experience: 7–10 Years Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer with 7–10 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CMDB solutions while ensuring data quality, governance, and seamless integration with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB in alignment with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) best practices. Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE). Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. Implement CMDB governance processes, data certification, reconciliation rules, and data quality improvements. Configure and maintain CI classes, CI relationships, identification rules, and reconciliation definitions. Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications. Work closely with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to ensure accurate CMDB population. Develop Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer automations, and approval processes as required. Monitor CMDB Health Dashboards and implement corrective actions to improve completeness,
