About the Role The company is looking for a hungry, high-potential Growth Associate to help run and scale its go-to-market engine. The role involves taking ownership of existing growth initiatives, from LinkedIn outreach and client referrals to reactivation campaigns and content, and turning them into repeatable systems that consistently generate new business. GTM is part execution, part strategy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable putting in the work to get results, whether that’s running outreach campaigns, following up with prospects, coordinating client introductions, or keeping growth operations running smoothly. But the company also wants someone who thinks beyond the task at hand: someone who spots bottlenecks, asks good questions, and figures out how to make things work better.
