This role will play a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, consolidated financial reporting, audit support, and administration of key accounting systems and controls. The Senior Accountant will coordinate activities across Corporate Accounting and partner closely with teams including FP&A, Revenue, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Facilities, Benefits, Shared Services, and IT. The role is well suited for someone who enjoys both hands-on accounting and coordinating complex close and reporting processes across a global organization. This is a US based remote position and candidates must be comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours. Key Responsibilities Support accounting for key corporate workstreams, including leases, legal accruals, bonus and commission accruals, debt, and capitalized IT expenditures. Assist with quarterly and annual financial statement preparation, including financial statement tables, footnotes, supporting schedules, and tie-outs. Ensure financial statement support and underlying accounting documentation are complete, accurate, and audit-ready. Support the consolidation of multiple legal entities and currencies, including foreign currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and reconciliation of consolidated financial results.
