HR Specialist

About the Role We are seeking an experienced, analytical and people-focused HR Specialist to manage and support day-to-day HR operations across the organisation. This is a hands-on, generalist HR role that requires more than administrative support. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining HR compliance, managing employee relations, overseeing HR systems and reporting, supporting employee wellness initiatives, and improving policies and procedures. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with both people and data, can identify potential risks and operational challenges, and proactively recommends practical solutions. You should be confident engaging with employees and management, managing sensitive information, and taking ownership of your responsibilities in a fast-paced, growing organisation. While this is not currently a management or team leadership position, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the maturity, initiative and leadership potential to grow into a future HR leadership role as the organisation expands.
